Operations Manager
Job Duties:
1, Design and manage company's distribution network; investigate and select reliable suppliers and maintain vendor relationships; build sustainable and collaborative interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders;
2, Make distribution center regulations and manage training program; make for step-change improvement in safety, quality, and cost metrics;
3, Partner with CEO and VPs, and other key operational experts across the company to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives; oversea data mining and making visualized data graphs; present weekly reports and monthly reports; address problems and solutions to company business; and
4, Form cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, managing, and executing complex projects, i.e. warehouse improvement project, customer service improvement projects is specific service areas.
Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related plus one year related experience.
