Current Job Opening:
C&Y Global Logistics Service LLC in Aurora, IL, seeks a SOFTWARE DEVELOPER to perform the following job duties:
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications supporting logistics operations and e-commerce platforms using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS frameworks. Implement new features and enhance system functionality to improve performance, usability, and scalability. Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and adherence to development standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, and deployment. Assist in designing multi-tier application architectures using object-oriented programming principles. Support integration of data from internal systems and external platforms to enable efficient logistics and order management processes.
- Design and maintain relational databases using MySQL. Develop and manage database objects such as stored procedures, triggers, indexes, and views. Ensure data integrity, optimize database performance, and support data-driven application functionality.
- Develop and implement scripts and tools to automate operational processes, including logistics workflows and reporting functions. Assist in improving system performance and efficiency by analyzing system usage and identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Conduct unit and system testing to validate application functionality and performance. Identify and resolve defects, ensuring system reliability and stability.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system design specifications, workflows, and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and support system implementation
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science
