1、Accountant

 

Job Duties:

 

1. Prepare, analyze, and monitor journal and ledger entries to ensure accuracy, including warehouse accruals, facility expenses such as rent, demurrage fee, and/or occupancy cost;

2. Reconcile company accounts in compliance with company standards and policies and make report to general manager periodically;

3. Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs, review financial statements, and other records, using general accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning;

4. Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology to maintain and secure Vendor, Shipment and Asset database accordingly;

5. Analyze warehouse processing operations, including capacity availability, oversee inventory financial requests, or explore alternative financing methods; and

6. Perform monthly audit of company’s accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as closing and Reconciling Warehouse Inventory Accounts Monthly.

 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy plus one year related experience.

 

2、Software Developer

 

Job Duties:

 

1. Designing logistics information management system and online mall system using JAVA, Javascript, HTML. Creating and developing new features. Making sure the code meets performance requirements. Using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS 3) and Bootstrap 3 to achieve uniformity;

2. Participating in a full life cycle of projects from requirements gathering to analyzing and designing UI/Business related logic /database layers. Designing applications as 3-tier architecture with extensive use of Object Oriented programming (OOP) techniques;

3. Designing and creating a company database with MySQL. Creating new database objects like Store Procedures, Triggers, Indexes and Views in Development and Production environment for MySQL;

4. Utilizing development language and tools to implement design and development for auto label-printing tools, to increase the efficiency of daily label printing and to reduce the labor-cost;

5. Unit testing various modules and functions of the applications; and

6. Analyzing the required documents and working on flowcharts, design documents, and technical reports of the management system to maximize work efficiency and proper performance.

 

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology plus two years related experience.

 

3、Head of Operations and Automation Technology

 

Job Duties:

 

1）Oversee and be responsible for the automation processes in the entire warehouse network

2）Implement state-of-art warehouse automation technologies in the existing warehouse in order to enable the business to scale up quickly. Projects include:

  1. Auto-induct using conveyor and scanners for inbound
  2. Auto-sortation using conveyor and diverters for sortation
  • Auto-palletiser for outbound

Required responsibilities include:

  • Lead technical evaluation of different fulfilment solutions to satisfy business
    development needs, including reviewing supplier mechanical designs, production efficiencies and health & safety risks
  • Oversee the entire program from mechanical design freeze to final installations & technical sign-offs
  • Be the technical Subject Matter Expert of the final automation solution, provide solves for future production issues

3）Re-design Warehouse/ Delivery Station to maximize productivity, cater to the clients demands and offer the most efficient solutions. Projects include:

  1. Automatic storage and retrieving system

Required responsibilities include:

  • Lead the internal design of the warehouse to maximize the efficiency of chosen automation equipment including layout and engineering equipment design
  • Be responsible for the installation of engineering infrastructures for 3rd-party
    automation solutions

4) Standardize and improve operational flow to reduce labor cost and remove deficiencies via data.

Required responsibilities include:

  • Build mechanisms and enablers to track and collect production data via sensors and scanners
  • Build data pipeline from physical equipment on the shopfloor to the data server
  • Analyzing collected data and derive corrective actions for inefficiencies of the
    current production flow

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering plus two years related experience.
